Horizontal atmospheric deaerators
Factory of Boiler Equipment "Energometmash" offers atmospheric deaerators by own production with a nominal capacity from 2,0 to 300 m3/hour. Horizontal atmospheric deaerators "DA" series are designed to remove corrosive gases (oxygen and free carbon dioxide) from water and also to feed steam boilers and make-up water of the heat supply systems. On Customer request, atmospheric deaerators can be supplied as a complete set (deaerator tank, deaeration column, vapor cooler, safety device) or separately by accessories.
Our deaerators are designed to work in two modes, such as:
- manual mode of operation - when the deaeration unit operates with a water seal.
- automatic mode of operation - when atmospheric deaerators are equipped with switchboards that implement the functions of automating the water level control and regulating the flow of heating and bubbling steam in the deaerator, as well as pressure regulators, control valves and safety valves.

Deaeration tank "BDA" with a volume of the customer's choice is made from elliptical bottoms and has a manhole for inspecting the internal surfaces. A bubbling device is provided in the lower part of the deaeration tank; |
