Ash catcher "ZU-2"
Monastyrishchensky plant of boiler equipment "Energometmash" manufactures the ash collector of the "ZU-2" series, which is a horizontal cyclone designed for dry inertial cleaning of gases from fly ash (more than 50 microns) with a maximum temperature of 260 ° C. Operated indoors and outdoors under a canopy at an ambient temperature of -60 o C to +40 o WITH.
Ash catcher "ZU" is a body with curved walls, connected to the source of flue gas emission by a rectangular flange at the inlet and a round hole on the side wall to remove the purified gas. Connections must be gas-tight with obligatory sealing with asbestos cardboard or cord.
The ash catcher of types ZU-1, ZU-2, ZU 2-1, ZU 2-2 rests on a belt made of corners. At the bottom of the body of such ash collectors there is a hopper with a gate. They are delivered to the Customer in the form of a storage hopper and an ash catcher body.
The ash catcher type ZU 1-1 and ZU 1-2 is a one-piece body and hopper design, supplied assembled in one block. On the ash catcher ZU 1-1, side outlets are cut out on one side (left or right), and on the ash catcher ZU 1-2 on both sides.
Ash catcher ZU refers to the type of horizontal cyclone according to the location of the axis of the gas flow to be cleaned. Flue gas enters the inlet and moves between the walls of the housing. Under the action of gravitational forces, solid particles of ash are released from the stream of purified gas, which accumulate in the bunker. The ash is removed through the gate. The purified gas is discharged from the ash collector through the branch pipe (s) through the outlet (holes).
