Fire-tube steam boiler "E(KP)-3000"
Monastyrishchensky plant of boiler equipment "Energometmash" manufactures steam boiler of the "E(KP)-3000" series, which belongs to the type of fire-tube boilers and is designed to generate saturated steam with an absolute pressure of up to 1.3 MPa and a steam output of up to 3000 kg of steam per hour. This boiler is designed to operate on natural and liquefied gas, as well as on liquid fuel.
Our fire tube boilers are successfully operated not only in light industry enterprises, but also in enterprises where a steam pressure of more than 1.2 MPa is required (on request).
The service life of steam boilers of the "E(KP)" series is more than 20 years, and the use of reliable and economical components from European manufacturers, with which the Monastyrishchensky plant of boiler equipment completes steam boilers of the "E(KP)" series, made it possible to achieve reliable and economical operation of this equipment.
Structure-scheme and advantages of a fire-tube boiler of the "E (KP)" series
The "E(KP)" boiler is a medium-pressure saturated steam generator with a gas-tight fire-tube design of high energy efficiency. This boiler is designed for operation in a set with a jet burner device Cibital Unigas (Italy), which is known for its reliability, efficiency and stable operation for many years.
Advantages:
- boiler body with large steam chamber with large heat exchanger to produce high quality saturated steam;
- the doors are hinged to the tube plate, they are insulated from the inside with a special layer of refractory concrete and a layer of high density mineral wool over the entire heated surface of the tube plate;
- heat loss to the environment is limited by thermal insulation of the boiler body with a layer of mineral wool;
- the water circuit can be checked through the hole in the upper part of the boiler;
- all parts working under pressure are welded by qualified welders who have the appropriate permits;
- Our high efficiency modern concept boilers are designed in accordance with Ukrainian and European norms and directives for pressure equipment;
- to excel received all CERTIFICATES in accordance with the TECHNICAL REGULATIONS .

*Note: It is possible to increase efficiency up to 94-95% by installing an economizer
It is possible to install additional equipment, namely:
- economizer: water-flue gas heat exchanger, which increases efficiency by 3-4%. Its configuration and placement are determined based on the requirements of the Customer;
- modulated power supply system with pump and frequency control for optimal water level control in combination with an economizer;
- burner device: brand and type are selected according to the requirements of the Customer;
- second standby feed pump with shut-off valves;
- automatic blowdown system (bottom): draining of sludge and dissolved salt deposited on the bottom;
- automatic purge system (upper): salt content control (TDS), which measures the level of dissolved salts in the water;
- boiler water sampling cooler;
- additional sensor of the minimum water level;
- boiler control system: based on high performance PLC and color touch panel. The interface is used to control the operation of the boiler-burner-process equipment;
- condensate tank;
- water preparation (purification) system;
- atmospheric deaerator;
- purge separator;
- purge expander;
- steam collector.
