Hot water boiler KV-0.75 (output: 750 kW)
Monastyrishchensky plant of boiler equipment "Energometmash" offers hot water boilers of the "KV-0.75" series of its own production with a heat output of 750 kW. These boilers are designed to operate on natural gas, liquefied gas and diesel fuel. The front cover of the hot water boiler on which the burner is installed has a robust design and is filled with heat-resistant concrete using heat-insulating materials from leading European manufacturers, which made it possible to achieve reliable operation and a surface temperature of no more than 55 o C. The cover opens without much effort for inspection and cleaning of the boiler . Industrial hot water boilers "KV" are delivered to the Customer in a complete set with attachments.
The performance of hot water boilers "KV-0.75" is controlled automatically in the range from 30 to 100%, depending on the temperature of the heat carrier in the supply pipeline after the boiler. In accordance with all applicable Rules and Regulations, the burner and boiler automatics provide all the necessary protections. Boiler and burner automation can be connected to an outdoor temperature sensor for automatic control of the boiler output in case of changing weather conditions.

Automatic burners CIBITAL UNIGAS (Italy) and WEISHAUPT (Germany) are a set of equipment manufactured by leading world manufacturers, necessary for the safe process of fuel combustion in a boiler or any other heat generator. The cost of the burners includes the burner body, fan with electric motor, electrical panel with automation, ignition transformer, electrodes, fuel supply equipment - electromagnetic gas valves, or a pump with an electric motor for supplying liquid fuel.
The automatic mode of operation of these burners ensures reliable and economical operation of hot water boilers of the KV series.
