Steam-water heat exchanger PP 1-71-2-II
Monastyrishchensky plant of boiler equipment "Energometmash" offers a shell-and-tube steam-water heat exchanger of the "PP 1-71-2-II" series of its own production, which is designed for heating water in a heating system and hot water supply.
The heat exchanger ( steam-water heater) is a shell-and-tube heat exchanger of a horizontal type, the main components of which are: a body, a pipe system, front and rear (floating) water chambers, and a body cover. The assembly of the main components of the heater is carried out using a detachable flange connection, which provides the possibility of preventive inspection and repair.
In the heater, the heated water moves through the tubes, and the heating steam through the branch pipe in the upper part of the body enters the annular space, in which segmental partitions are installed that direct the movement of the steam flow. The heating steam condensate flows into the lower part of the body and is discharged from the heater. Non-condensable gases (air) accumulating in the heater are discharged through the branch pipe on the apparatus body.

Pipe systems can be made from smooth or profiled brass tubes. At the request of the customer, it is possible to manufacture bodies and pipe systems of heaters from special steels and alloys.

Estimated service life of heaters - 12 years;
The warranty period of operation is 12 months from the moment the heater is put into operation, but not more than 18 months from the date of shipment to the consumer. These heat exchangers are guaranteed to serve you well for many years.
