Steam boiler DKVr-4.0-13GM (pressure up to 1.4 MPa)
Monastyrishchensky plant of boiler equipment "Energometmash" offers boilers of the "DKVR-4.0-13GM" series of its own production, which belong to the type of vertical-water-tube double-drum boilers with natural circulation and are designed to generate saturated steam with an absolute pressure of up to 1.4 MPa and a steam capacity of up to 4.0 tons of steam per hour. Depending on the fuel to be burned, each boiler is equipped with an appropriate combustion device. These boilers are manufactured in blocks or in bulk, depending on the wishes of the Customer.
It is the water-tube design of steam boilers "DKVr-4.0-13GM" that makes their design stronger in comparison with the proposed analogues of fire-tube boilers of European manufacturers. Water-tube boilers are successfully operated at food industry enterprises, at factories for the production of foam plastic, etc. The service life of steam boilers of the DKVr series is more than 20 years, and the use of reliable and economical components from European manufacturers, with which the Monastyrishchensky plant of boiler equipment completes steam boilers of the DKVr series, made it possible to achieve reliable and economical operation of this equipment.
